Free Pilates Class with Michelle Rye

In this free class, Michelle brings her unique style of fun and challenging pilates workouts to Salt Power Yoga. Designed to be accessible to all levels of fitness and experienceoffering all students the benefits of pilates.

Pilates is widely known to help allivate lower back pain, improve balance, strengthen balance, and assist flexibility, through the persuit of slow, controlled movements guided by body alignment and breathing.
