KIDS YOGA - Term 3 2017
Yoga for kids helps to build awareness of their physical and emotional self, improves concentration, provides tools for coping with stress, encourages patiences and builds self confidence, in a fun space learning together.
Age appropriate kids yoga classes include:
- Fun movement using stories & themes
- Stretching & strengthening
- Yoga Games
- Positive thinking
- Calm breathing
- Guided meditation
Term 3 2017 : 20 July – 14 September (9 weeks) (No credits for missed classes)
